An all inclusive yoga class to make your Soul Self (your true self) glow! Hadis is beyond kind, humble and gracious and you will absolutely see this in her the moment she walks in the room!

A variation of body weight exercises and Pilates exercises that are aimed to target your glutes and core.
Gav and Andy are instructors at Wellden Fitness Studio. Collectively with backgrounds in strength training, Pilates, rehabilitation, aerobics and multiple other disciplines, we will be offering you a spicy but also effective quick workout.

STRONG by Zumba is not a dance class. It is a revolutionary high-intensity workout where every move is synced to a beat, pushing you harder. This class is all body-weight giving you a great strength, cardio and core workout. This is an all inclusive class and Ayanna will give options and modifications for all fitness levels.

A core-focused fitness class with elements of yoga. Learn how to breathe properly, fire up all parts of your core, & maintain body awareness through funky sequences you've never done before!
Samantha Candle is an experienced yoga & fitness instructor, Reiki healer & self-love mentor. In her classes on & off the mat, she emphasizes remaining true to your practice. A BIG advocate for making health, fitness, & wellness decisions from a place of self-love & intrinsic motivation, she aspires to leave her students feeling empowered, inspired, & a little more in love with their bodies then when they began class.

This Roll & Stretch class will include self myofascial release techniques, also known as self massage using a lacrosse ball along with simple yoga stretches to help release tension and increase mobility. This class will leave you feeling released & relaxed!
