    Raf has been teaching with us at all of our previous Wellness Forum event and we always receive the request to have this class back on the schedule! Raf is a Lead Teacher Trainer with Mind & Move Academy.

Our lively dance routines taught by a qualified team of professionally trained dancers, set to nostalgic tunes create a unique workout experience. Whether you're a beginner or a dance enthusiast, join us in celebrating the love for movement and music at Dance Fit Cardio – it's more than just a workout, it's a trip down memory lane!

    With over two decades in the live event industry, Jordan is a seasoned professional merging stage and production management with the artistry of a skilled dancer and choreographer. Trained in diverse dance genres from an early age, Jordan’s journey includes performing on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and creative contributions to high-profile events, collaborating with renowned artists such as Sarah McLaughlin, Nickelback, Marianas Trench and Imagine Dragons.

    His professional dance credits span Paramount Pictures’ “Rise of The Pink Ladies”, NBC’s “Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist,” and CTV’s “So You Think You Can Dance Canada” to Choreographer of Richard Tichelman’s “Hands”Official Music Video and dancing with Dancing With the Stars’ Derek Hough. 

    Jordan's transition into fitness was fuelled by his desire to bring fresh, performance-inspired elements to workouts. Known for his award-winning, innovative choreography style, he offers fitness routines that not only challenge physical endurance but also incorporate expressive movement, rhythm, and musicality. His approach is designed to help participants gain strength and agility while discovering the joy of movement through the lens of dance.

    Join Laurie Shopland, Certified Life Coach and Emotional Well-Being expert, as she coaches you through her steps to enhance your emotional well-being. Laurie has been a speaker with us at multiple previous events and we are so lucky to have her back again!

  • This mini workshop offers a holistic approach to managing anxiety through somatic practices, breathwork, mindful movement, and self-awareness techniques. You'll learn how to tune into body sensations, interpret your body's signals, and discover supportive actions to enhance both physical and mental well-being. Through gentle yet effective practices, this session empowers you with tools to cultivate calm, balance, and resilience in everyday life.

    Danny Ferguson is a Yoga Therapist and the founder of Reclaim Harmony. Reclaim Harmony uses the ancient tools and practices of yoga along with modern scientific methodologies to build a personalized and holistic approach and address the therapeutic needs of the individual. 

  • Feeling peachy? Come join coach Chris for a 30 minute booty blasting strength circuit that will leave you feeling strong and sculpted. Expect a mix of strength and low impact cardio to get you feeling the burn.

    A note from Chris: Hi, my name is Chris, Im a certified personal trainer through BCRPA and am currently pursuing my Bkin though Douglas College. My passion lies in creating an environment in all my classes and 1 on 1 sessions that make fitness approachable, fun and inclusive. When I work with my clients, its like witnessing incredible health and fitness wins all over.  In my programming, you can count on a person centered approach that meets the client where they are in that moment. Ive been told my energy is infectious and love that my sessions are engaging, efficient and leave my clients ready to take on their next goals.
