Policies & Additional Information *

Vendor Policies & Additional Information FOOD VENDORS 1. It is required that all food vendors follow guidelines of Health Canada/Fraser Health. 2. If you are serving food it is required to complete a temporary food services application. (If you've never done this before, we are happy to help you through this process.) ALL VENDORS 1. Cancellation & Refund Policy: 45 days notice for a 50% refund. 30 days notice for a 25% refund. 2. The Vendor agrees to purchase & email proof of event booth insurance. Upon acceptance into the event we will send you the required insurance details. 3. The Vendor agrees to be set up & ready to greet customers for the start time of the event. 4. The Vendor understands that the The Wellness Forum Manager will create the floor plan and special requests will be heard and accommodated, only when possible. 5. The Vendor agrees to stay for the entire duration of the event. 6. The Vendor agrees to take down their table/space within time parameters as presented by the organizer. 7. The Vendor agrees to not share a space with another vendor or sell off their space without approval from Soul Self/The Wellness Forum. 8. The Vendor agrees to support the success of the event by sharing on social media and to their friends & family. 9. The Vendor's space will not be reserved until payment is made. Payment required within 48 hours of receiving email confirmation of acceptance into event. 10. Limit to 2x people per vendor space. Each vendor receives 2x complimentary market entry tickets - extra people at the booth can either use these passes or be required to purchase a market entry ticket. 11. The floor plan will be given out *3 days* prior to the event date. The floor plan is subject to change. 12. The vendor agrees to bring their own table cloth.
